Trying to Find this Truck!

Afternoon all,

I'm currently working on a project at my firehouse (Queensbury Central VFC) to track down the dispositions of our old apparatus. I have the locations of our apparatus up until our 1972 ALF/Ford. While doing research, I found we still had the spec sheet, manuals, ect. for this truck as well as the paperwork from when we sold it to Northeast Fire Apparatus. I asked a past chief (who at the time we sold this unit was chief) if he knew where it ended up. He thought somewhere in VA, but couldn't remember where. I do have the serial number and VIN for the truck. If anyone knows where this truck may have ended up, please let me know! Thanks!E320.PNG

That second pic is not the same rig as the first pic. That number does not follow the format of an ALF Registration number. Look for a four digit number between 2600 and 3400. It will be located on a small metal ALF tag somewhere in the cab, maybe under the dashboard.

I noticed that after the fact. We unfortunately no longer have this truck and I am trying to find where it may have ended up, so I do not beleive I have the ALF registration number. I will check the files I have in the archives to see if it is on any of the contracts/spec sheets.
