is this truck still in service with brooklyn, IL ?
Unfortunately it isn't. They retired it about 10 or so years ago and not sure what happened to it.
i think i seen that truck in a broker book in 2004 or 2005 while sitting at my fire house one day.

What are the individual model names of Hahn custom chassis? Also, the Coal City/Lester "conglomeration" (I say that because two towns in WV, halfway across the county from each other share a fire chief) has a late model Hahn enclosed cab engine I'll try to get a photo of. One FD bought it, however I'm not sure which one, I've seen it at both stations and ran by both depts, and it isn't lettered. They also are trying to sell it.

I've got a good photo of Coal River's mid-1970s Hahn I'll try to post as well.

Not sure where they got this truck from, they still have it and somewhat use it, but they only time it seems to see the outside of their station is the county's annual 9/11 parade of lights.

Doesn't this rig have a Swab apparatus body?

1980 Swab box, came off a 1959 IH V-190 chassis which originally had a Snyder body and was originally Lutherville MD.
This Hahn chassis is not listed, the compartment with the 250/300 was also added in 1987

Still in service

Longtime customers of Hahn as Hamburg was the home of Hahn fire apparatus. There first purchase of motorized apparatus would be a 1916 Hahn and the last purchase the company would make for Hahn was a 1986 Hahn/Saulsbury walk in rescue which is still in service today.

I'm going to need help with these brucobuff,,,

Burtonsville MD had two Hahns a 1972 and a 1970 and one was rehabbed in 87.

The difference is in the fenders, I was told one has a full chrome fender and the other has a chrome piece on the fender.
Here's a photo showing the all chrome fenders on the 72 /BVFD pic

Hahns from Gaithersburg, MD
Both 1967 Hahns were sold in summer, 1986 to Funkstown, MD. One was put in running order and used as a temporary 2nd engine while Funkstown was awaiting delivery of a 1987 Hahn. The rig was run as E103, from 11/1987, to 9/1987, and it was not relettered, causing some confusion among the locals, and at least 1 neighboring vfd.
Both Hahns were sold by Funkstown in late 1987, with one going to Wilson Fire Apparatus in Arkansas, who removed the pumper body , lengthened the chassis into a tandem rear, and fabricated an engine-tanker body of 2000 gal.
This rig was then bought by Seven Valleys VFD in York Co., PA. , where it served for a number of years.

Thank you kindly Sir I knew you would have the answers. I wish I knew what you may have forgotten about Montgomery County MD units. I would might be considered a half smart man.
