Art Deco style firehouse scale model in 1/87 scale. I built this scratch built model recently. It's completely my own design. The Seagrave engine is older resin model by Resin Unlimited which I built alredy years ago.

Re: Firehouse in H0 Scale

Art Deco fire station from 1930's. The scale model is built from styrene sheets and balsa wood. ( I do not recommend balsa...) For windows and some other details I used ready parts from some H0 kits. The top of the tower is from train yard control tower which I have found from flea market.

Peterbilt fire engine in H0 1/87 scale. This model I built several years ago, the cab is from Wiking and the pumper body is from old Ivers Engineerings white metal kit.

Nice job on the station. I haven't been building any for awhile, had some major medical problems but have about got them cleared up. I have started building stations in different scales from foam-core again. been a tough road back. Suffered a spontaneous brain bleed and just about died. Could part of recuperation now is getting back into kit-bashing and building stations. I will start posting stations again here shortly.
