Title: Cab lengths
Post by: pauloghia on February 11, 2015, 09:07:26 PM
I see KME use MFD, XMFD, LFD and XLFD to describe their cab sizes. I also see other manufacturers use similar acronyms on their specifications. Can somebody trabslate this for me?

MFD - Medium Four Door - Typically a shorter length cab where a portion of the rear doors goes over the wheel well.

XMFD - Extra Medium Four Door - Same as above, but with an additional cab extension rearward of the rear cab doors.

LFD - Long Four Door - Rear cab doors are completely rearward of wheel wells.

XLFD - Extra Long Four Door - Same as above, but with an additional cab extension rearward of the rear cab doors.
