Title: Structure Fire in Fayetteville, WV 9/14/12

Sept. 14, 2012 @ approx. 0100hrs, Fayetteville FD Station 3, Oak Hill FD Station 12 and General EMS 405 were dispatched to Bridgeview Estates for a working structure fire.   After a size up from 405 (fire was fully involved by time of my arrival approx. 3 min ahead of the first in engine), responding FFD units requested a second alarm struck, bringing engines from Ansted FD Station 11 and Nuttall FD station 17.   Neighbors stated they heard an explosion, looked outside and saw the house on fire.   Homeowners were out of town at the time.   Structure was unstable and collapsed not long after operations began.  306 I/C througout the fire.
