I heard a rumor stating that FDNY havnt been liking the performance of the Saulsbury rigs. the rumor i heard is that FDNY werent happy with the performance of the 1996 HME/Saulsbury rigs & they werent happy with the performance of the E-One/Saulsbury rigs. if u keep track all the heavy rescue companies that run with the E-One/Saulsbury rigs are being replaced by Pierce rescues. For example, they just replaced a 1997 Mack/Saulsbury Haz-Mat with a 2006 Ferrara. All the satellite units, which were 1997 Mack/Saulsbury's, are being or have been replaced by 2005 Mack/Ferrara units.
