Toledo, OH  Squad 1

Chassis was acquired from another City of Toledo Department
and entered service 10/26/1933 at Station 8.
This photo was taken after the rig was moved to Station 3 - Department HQ.
In February 1937 this rig was involved in an accident that claimed the life of a civilian.

Toledo, OH  Squad 1
1937 Diamond T
No Info provided on the Rescue Body.
Maybe it came off the wrecked Cadillac?
This rig was in service through the Great Depression, WW II, Korea, and was finally replaced by the first of the GMC / Proctor-Keefe rescue squads in early 1955.
After it was retired it was allowed to rot away in a field in Maumee, OH :'(
