1942 Studebaker
A couple of 700 series American LaFrances are behind the Chief's Car. The license plate has a "7" on it. Is this Battalion 7 or a staff car?

Engine 9 operates a 1950's vintage Pirsch while Ladder 2 has a 1948-1951 Seagrave aerial.

Wow,
I count at least 7 members aboard that DCFD Truck! Those staffing levels are long, long gone.
And what would the NFPA have to say about those 4 guys riding without a seat
Thanks Box 2565 for all the nice posts you have shared with us lately.

A Buffalo from the 1930's, 1940's Ward LaFrance, and a 1950's Pirsch. Three beauties!

Neat E Bay find on the DCFD pics, But the first one is a 1932 Pirsch w/300 gpm pump.
It's what they modeled the Buffalos after that DC got later, 37-39. GR
