Squad 1... In & Out.

Now that is a nice cab!  Can you still get one like this by E-One or anyone else?  Better yet, can you get a snorkel with a cab like this?

Unfortunately E-One does not manufacture the Hush cab anymore.  They only produce the Cyclone II, the Typhoon, and the hideous Quest.  I'm hoping the Quest dies out quickly like the Daytona they tried to build in the 90's.  They also do not make the Hurricane nor the Sentry cabs anymore.  The Hurricane was the same style of cab as the Hush but had the engine placed between the jump seats instead of at the rear of the rig or behind the cabe like the Hush.  The Sentry was a cheaper version of the Cyclone cab, which became the Typhoon.

Just because you have a paramedic card, doesn't mean you know how to fight fire.  It takes more than rubber gloves.

Why'd the Hush and Hurricane get discontinued? They seemed to have done quite well.  And IMHO, the Quest is more of an embarrassment to the fire service more than the Pierce Velocity and Impel combined ever will be.  Then again I'm starting to warm up to the Velocity.  The Quest is and always will be the most ugly and pointless chassis produced by E-One
