ALF - 900 Series

Sorry. Couldn't help but add my 1959 to the impressive list, even though it's a year off the forum year range.  Cheers.

Hooters of Indianapolis, IN
1959 American LaFrance 800

Anyone have more info on this truck?  After woorking the floor for three days I really had no energy to spend looking for more info.  It really is a beautiful looking rig someone really did a nice job restoring it.

One other thing anyone with the time and talent to photoshop out the parking meter?

Here's about the best I can do as far as getting rid of that parking meter.  I hope it's ok for what you need.

Pawhuska, OK
Engine 3
1959 ALF #N-838
Gas/manual
750/500
(This doll is still the PFD's third-out engine!)

Ponca City, OK

1961 ALF
Engine 111 (reserve)
Gas/manual
1000/750

Engine 102
1969 ALF
Diesel/automatic (originally gas/manual)

Fred,

It appears that we've traveled the same circles for at least 20 years.  I'm amazed that we've never run into each other!  You have photos of some rigs that I don't, and I probably have some that you're missing.  Let's get together for a buffing trip one of these days...just PM me when you get some time.

Oh, and please...keep these photos coming!
