A engineer's side pump panel looks out of place on a 800 Series.

The driver's side pump panel was standard starting with the 800 Series.

Served proudly at St. Vincent until about 10 years ago.  Replaced by a CF Mack from Fox Chapel.  The 800 had a 750 gpm twinflow and a 300 gwt.  I fought a dryer fire with this engine on campus.

This was taken at the 1989 PA State Firemans Convention in Latrobe that year.  I graduated from St. Vincent that year.

On the open cab 700s and 800s did the side windows in the doors roll down on all or were some permanently fixed.  I don't remember ours but most photos show these rigs with the windows up.  Maybe roll-down windows was an option.
