That is probably Estes Park, CO.

That rig is part of Doug Klink's collection. This rig, as well as Doug's HT Fox and Waterous steamer (the Fox and steamer pumped) were part of the pumping demonstration/tour given as part of the SPAAMFAA National Muster in Denver in the summer of 2010.
