Firefighter Swearing In
Story from the WKBN TV27 Web Site on 87/18/2006.
A Youngstown firefighter is moving up to Lieutenant status, and will now out- rank many of her co-workers, including her husband. Tracy Wright was sworn in by Chief John O'Neill. She's been a firefighter for 14- years, after starting her career as an EMT. Wright encourages other women to do the job, but says it takes serious dedication.
Wright's husband Kurt is also a firefighter in Youngstown. They are one of two married couples on staff there.
