Arson Fires Keep YFD Busy
Story from the WKBN TV27 Web Site on 4/10/2006.

Youngstown firefighters believe they have another arson fire on their hands.

Flames broke out at this vacant house on Lexington Avenue just after four Monday morning. So far, there have been no reports of injuries.

Firefighters say they let it burn down.

There was another suspicious fire in Youngstown Sunday. This time it was at a vacant home on Hillman and Garfield.

Firefighters say they got the blaze under control. Neighbors did not talk with First News on camera, but they tell us they saw someone running behind the home after the fire started.

Firefighters have been battling a number of arson fires in parts of the city over the last couple weeks.
