I have no information on this good looking GMC from Bellerose Fire Dept. on Long Island. According to the F.D. web site during a night time alarm in 1923 a responding volunteer fireman took a shortcut through a neighbors back yard and was injured when he collided with a clothes line. As a result a rule was passed in the town to remove all clothes lines after dark! Beckwith Photo, Lloyd Collection
