Tod Lane Fire May Be Arson
Story from the 21 News Website on 6/01/2004.
Investigators believe arson is to blame for a fire on Youngstown's north side.
Flames broke out in a vacant home on Tod Lane just before noon Friday.
When firefighters arrived, flames had spread through the front of the home.
No one was injured.
