We might need to move the chat night again!

Hi Everyone...

Were getting 1-2 people in our chats on Wed night. Is there a day and time we can move the chat to that will allow more people to participate? We'd love to get more people in and talking. Let me know.

Well I'm not sure moving it to another night would help me out.  With work I don't know from day to day what I'll be doing.  The last chat I participated in was back in February.  Since that one I have not had a free Wednesday.  On the same note last week I had no free days or nights.  This week it looks like I might have a free Fri night.  From now on I'm going to try and plan a month in advance to leave a chat night free.  Of course the customer rules and I must live by their terms.  So even if I plan it might not work out

I have tried in the past to get into the new chat room, but can't. It logs me in and shows that I am in the chat room, but all I get after logging in is the login window again. No other windows pop up to show an actual chat room, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

 for reference, what browser are you using??  I am sure that with that knowledge, Greg can try to fix that problem or check into it at least ...

Anyone else having this problem?? If so, what browser are you using??

Ok, I think I have the problem fixed, sort of. Normally I get into the chat room via AOL's browser which gave me the problems. However, I just tried getting in directly via IE, without going thru AOL, and it worked great. I am using AOL 8.0 so I don't know if others have the same problem or if something in my anti-virus or pop up blocker is having some weird effect when used in conjunction with AOL.

Its AO Smell ....

 I have friends who tell me all the time they cannot get into certain websites with the browser that AOL provides ... but once they go to the regular IE or Netscape, they are fine ...

That is true AOL browser can be very strange I started using Mozilla Firefox and it works very well

The chat is MOVING to a new night!!!

 The chat night is usually tuesday night. Not many people are in it, if any, due to summer vacations, work, etc. Hopefully it picks up after summer's over. However, if people want to chat, it's always there.   :mrgreen:

Tonight and next week are the last weeks that I will be able to chat due to my work schedule changing so I was wanting to try and join the chat tonight.

The chat is held every Tuesday at 8:00pm Eastern time. The summers are kind of slow with only two or three people in chat. Things pick up in the fall and we occaseionally have between 10-20 people. Maybe we will see you there!
