I have Ladder 2 at Station 5 in 1935. Is this right?
Also:
Ladder 1 at Station 8
Ladder 3 at Station 6
Ladder 4 at Station 7

yup...in a 1936 photo of all yfd apparatus you will see a city service ladder truck of the odd-looking 1920 alf type 31 which was aesthetically weird-looking. the pumper and ladder at station 5 were in a single bay together....yfd4

I found this while searching the web, can anyone confirm it. It is from some random site and nothing official. I know YFD had the rig, just wondering about the serial:
10898 M-856 Youngstown, OH 8-19-14 EP 85' aerial ladder couple Gear tractor
So, we have the following:
Serial: 10898 M-856
Delivered to: Youngstown, OH
Date: 8-19-1914
Unit: EP 85' Aerial Ladder/Couple Gear Tractor
Can someone confirm the serial, and tell me what EP means?
