Isn't this a spectacular photo?  The Keystone Truck of Boyertown, Pennsylvania has a 4 horse hitch on their tiller ladder truck.  There's a nice looking engine lamp up front and check out all of those leather buckets!

This city service truck may be from a department in Iowa.  Automobiles are everywhere, but horse power is still in use with this rig.

Astoria F.D. - Good Will Hook & Ladder Company
1880's Armleder
Village Service Truck

I'm trying to determine the year of delivery on this unit and where Astoria is.  There was an Astoria (Queens) that became part of New York.  Could this be the same department?

This well equipped service truck is loaded down ground ladders and buckets.  It also sports a nice engine lamp.  The Rex Fire Appliance Company of New York, New York built this beauty for the U.S. Army Quartermaster at Fort Desoto, Florida.

A great photo of a ladder company.  This could be Boston, Massachusetts.

Boston Ladder 3, 440 Harrison Av. about 1900.

What do you mean "biblical"?
What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor. Real wrath of God type stuff! Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness, earthquakes, and volcanos! The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifices, dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

Not for sure but looks like the work of the Fire Extinguisher Mfg. Co.   What is CST?
