Here is another Alexis custom tanker/pumper. This time with enclosed pump room...
FoxLake was the only city name given for this rig.

Doing a little more research on Fox Lake, I found this rig is in service covering Fox Lake in Ingleside, Illinois.
About the Fox Lake Fire Department
Fox Lake Fire Department proudly protects 25,000 people living in an area of 55 square miles. We operate out of 4 stations that protect a primarily residential area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status. We have an ISO rating of 5.
Founded in 1908 the Fox Lake Fire Department is very dynamic. The “Fire Department' is comprised of three well established and organized groups, all working together to assure our customers the best fire and emergency medical services available. The three groups are as follows; the Village of Fox Lake Fire Department, the Fox Lake Fire Protection District and the Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department. All three of these organizations play a vital role in serving our customers.
The Fox Lake Fire Department proudly serves all or part of the following communities in Northeastern Illinois: Village of Fox Lake, Ingleside, Lakemoor, Spring Grove, Grant and Antioch Townships.
Fox Lake actually has 6 Alexis rigs in their fleet.

To add to their fleet also mentioned in this thread.
Fox Lake Fire Department in Ingleside, Illinois
Engine #2223
2007 Spartan Advantage/Alexis Fire Equipment
1500/500
Enclosed Top Mount Pumper
Special Flourescent Yellow paint, imported from Germany the yellow alone cost $15,000.00!!! The white has flake in it that reflects light when hit by it. The PIC really does this photo no justice as the yellow really stands out!
