I bought a Grand central terminal box on ebay a little while back.  it was pretty rough.  it appears as it was sitting water for a long time and I need some parts to put it back together.  The mechanism will be need to be rebuilt, the winding coil has broken into numerous pieces.  can anyone on the board fix this, or know someone that can?  I also need the glass that goes over the mechanism.   The door was a whole other nightmare.  the glass retainer screws that go from the inside out snapped off and had to be drilled out very carefully.  where can I get two of those screws? likewise, the 4 small screws that hold the pull mechanism all had to be drilled out. they wouldnt budge, so I drilled them very carefully and it is now sitting in a jar of liquid wrench, hoping that I can pull out the remainder of them with a vicegrip.  Also, the heads on 4 of the 8 door screws broke in half when being removed. so I need 4 of them.  Any ideas? Its ready for paint, just need the screws and the mechanism to be done.
This pic is off the board, modified to show the parts I need on the door.
thanks Mike

If you have a "real" hardware store in your town, not Home Depot or Lowes, you can find most of your brass screws in the little pull out drawers. I have also had great luck with Fastenal for some of the smaller odd screws.

How about a source for the round head screws that hold the inner box in the cottage shell. They are an odd thread. A machine thread? I have not measured it.
