Another interesting 1960 IH/Culbert 250 GPM brush truck from Beltsville, don't believe this lasted long as BVFD obtained jeeps in 1961 and 1966.
Culbert built a number of small brush units from the 50's-70's, using Barton-American pumps/boosters, so this not a true American built product.

Fixed it, thanks. Anyone know if Beltsville has held on to any of their old rigs?

According to their website, a 1967 WLF Ambassador 1000/500 with a 1982 J.C. Moore body is still owned by the vfd. This rig was retired in 2001 after BVFD got their 01 Pierce Quantum. The 67 WLF was refurbed by the members in 1993.

No, he is correct, Ridgely,MD. is in Caroline Co. on the Eastern shore, and has  had white rigs for many years.Note also the different spelling (Ridgely/Ridgeley) Ridgeley, WV had a 49 Mack and a 64 Ford before their current fleet.

Nice find!  Looks to still be restorable, though I haven't read the listing yet.

I have always been fond of American Fire Apparatus, and this is at the Boy Scout camp that my council owns.  It was previously owned by the ranger, who when he left, this rig stayed behind.  It's quite baffling because it apparently has a rather large tank, yet everything I've been taught about judging pump size points to it having a 250gpm pump.

This is a 1950-something GMC/American engine, previously Engine No. 3 of the Frost VFC in Marlinton, WV.  I have been trying to get ahold of that rig and the brass nozzles and fittings that come with it, but it's like pulling teeth.  There has been talk of restoring it or converting it to a flatbed, but so far I've heard nothing serious.  Hopefully when I take my troop there this spring, it'll still be there.

This rig is sitting between a trailer, car, and a dilapitated barn.

This is what I mean about the apparent 250gpm pump size.  I was taught that you can judge pump size by the number of 2 1/2" discharges on the officer's side.  Each one was 250gpm.  A 4" or 5" discharge I was taught not to factor in.

Looks like it has 2 gate valves so I'm guessing 1 discharge on each side making it a 500 GPM pump. I've never heard about only factoring in officer side discharges. In the old days we figured 250 GPM for each 2 1/2" discharge.
