Ummm...not sure about all that lime green striping.  Since they went that far, why not the whole truck?  I understand-sort of-the reason why, but the end result.....

I think the main reason why they went a lot of chevrons is because that unit will be running a lot of calls on I35.  I'll be getting some shot of her once she's inservice

These are really sharp looking units.  Is someone giving grants to buy Ford/SVI air & light units and rescue trucks in Georgia?  Ha!  It just seems a bit odd that three such similar units would be delivered around Atlanta in such a short time span.  Are there more?  I really do like the looks of all three.

The local SVI dealer is the local Sutphen dealer.  Both Dalton and East Point recently purchased Sutphen pumpers.

Fort Worth, TX. has taken delivery on more than 20 trucks, including these two new Heavy Rescues — a 20? fire truck and a 24? apparatus, each mounted to a Spartan Gladiator LFD chassis. Scroll down to see footage of these trucks'
