3rd house down is Elizabeth NJ Engine 6 at Pennsylvania & Fairmount Aves.  There never was a H&L 4, although Truck 1 was here for a while, not long ago E6 moved to the nearby bungalow style quarters of former E9, and now the Pennylvania Ave house is unused. Clipping shows E8 house which was almost identical to E9.

My 1962 photo of E8 at their house attached, this c1940 Mack was soon to be replaced by a 1962 closed-cab Mack B pumper.
