Wardengine;

How many stations are left in Hazleton, is the one that is built into a parking garage still in service?

Matt

currently the pioneer hook & ladder (that wasa housed in the parking garage station),heights engine & east end engine are all run out of the former east end station that was added onto to house 2 engines ,the ladder tower  & the seagrave tiller now called south side station,the diamond #2 houses an engine & fourteenth ward also houses an engine( the last mack cf in service in the city) the diamond & fourteenth ward are supposedly in future going to be in one station

Bryn Mawr Fire Department - A really spectacular looking house.

Port Allegany Fire Department - Also a gorgeous structure.  Notice that a public alarm bell is mounted above the entrance to the station.  I wonder if the bicycle belonged to the photgrapher or one of the guys who came down to the station to pull out the apparatus?

Both images grabbed from eBay.
