like the pole but ours don't have one do to it being in range of 70,000.00+ for it to have all the safety featuresof today. any idea of what it cost in your building????

I was not in the dept when it was installed, but I am sure the cost was minimal. The pole itself I believe was given to us by Erie Bureau of fire and we dont have safety features on it.

labor & industry wouldn't allow ours  unless safety features with it. Thanx for reply. very nice station

Any info on Union Tower 28?  Is that the KME that was briefly Tower 22 in Philly?
