Run cards / assignment cards

I have box #47, Bridge St. & River St., from Salem, MA.  Does anyone have an assignment card for this box?  I would like to have a copy of this card.

Does anyone know details of the Hartford, CT circus fire?  Would a box have been struck for that fire?  Which one?

Additionally I would be interested in a pre-1900 run card that is dated and indicates different types of apparatus to be assigned.
