As this had an old Ohio inspection sticker as well as no license plates, I am guessing that this came from Dover, Ohio and at some point was Engine 2 there.

Looks like you are correct on Elkins Park.  Their website shows both of their '86 Pierce Arrows being sold to Dover, OH.  http://www.elkinsparkfire.com/apparatus/

Good guess.  Here is the former Engine 2 at Pangrazio's Restaurant in New Philadelphia about June of 1998.  That color (designated "Tampa Beige" by some wiseguy at Dupont) seemed to attract smoke- on more than one Occasion I saw a pump operator wearing an airpack while operating this rig.

Next is a life flight taking off from a car crash about ten years ago (Jim Cummings photo) and lastly a shot of the deck gun operating on a fire at the Tuscarawas County Fairgrounds historic Four-Way Barn (a save, put back to good as new within a couple of weeks of this shot)- photo credit also to Jim Cummings

Sold to Pink Firetrucks and left Dover on Thursday, this will be painted white and will be their first children's themed truck.
