What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor. Real wrath of God type stuff! Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness, earthquakes, and volcanos! The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifices, dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

after thre big baltimore fire the undrwriters told phila must have a special high preswsure hydrant syatem or they stolp all fireinsurabce i woluld loved tol be at that meeting so in 1906 we built the system, top of the line two pumping stations and even a 8 intake fire boat connection it saved the city many times over the iso class i=one number is all bs
when i was teaching in miss a capt asked what is a basement nozzleiso made they get one amd tere wass not one basement in their service area .
when they inspect the water supply and about 9 other items make up the rating. we cam hav a major fire in one building and la has a one story house and their loss is less so theyget class one has a said its all bs .
