New Baden is the first town in Clinton County you enter. The station is located on Rte.161.  All volunteer department operating out of one station.

I would assume it's the same guy, he's the only John Fijal I have ever heard of that photographs apparatus.  I'm also from Dunkirk, but the story goes that I never grew up! :D
