Thanks for posting these.  Intereting fleet, not sure I've seen more than 15 4x4 crew cab commercial rigs.

Why would they need to replace the 92 Lance?  I'm older than she is and I'm still going strong!!  :D

The biggest event for the Guardian Hose Co. is the annual carnival, held in July. It is an elaborate, week-long affair.
In 2006-07, it was one of the biggest fundraisers for the new fire station, which cost approx. $2.2 mil. and was completed in about 1 yr.
E-102 is posed in front of the 1950 station. This building only had 2 bays and the brush and utility trucks were parked in 2 garages out back.
RS 10, A 2006 Pierce Lance, is poking its nose out of the temp station  used during construction of the new sta. This old garage was rented from the local feed mill(in background)
RS 10 is seen in front of the new sta.

This city is headed for a disaster of biblical proportions!
What do you mean "biblical"?
What he means is Old Testament, Mr. Mayor. Real wrath of God type stuff! Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness, earthquakes, and volcanos! The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifices, dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

Well, I'm also partial to Gerstenslager, Boyertown and Providence.  ;D

P.S. I should have said Providence Body Co. (PROBCO)  :-[

but Hahns, Macks and Orens.
Thurmont had all 3!
For those interested in Swab, a photo feature has been prepared for Spaamfaa's Enjine!Enjine! mag, hopefully in an upcoming issue.
I previously did the same for Bruco in a 2009 issue.

Gerstenslager is definitely in future plans for articles...
Providence/AmericanModular/Ranger would also be a worthy subject.
